Welcome to the West Harbour Residents Association (WHRA) website. We are a volunteer based Residents Association in Oakville, Ontario.
The West Harbour area is bounded by Rebecca Street on the North side, 16 Mile Creek along the East, Lake Ontario to the South, and Dorval Drive and Lakewood Drive to the West.
